Suite 6888-575.
Follow up of my last review. My shipment was finally split and I was surcharged $15:00. However my other items are yet to be released for shipment a week after my last review here. This time a customer associate got in touch without a name. My original goods arrived the facility on 11th November 2020 and up till now I have not been able to ship it. I will give the time frame when I finally get the shipment. However DHL handled my last ship and that was wonderful.
They claim it's due to unforeseen backlogs, but it takes 10-14 days to log a package in the system. It takes another 6-7 days for them to email you back when you have a customer service complaint or their system is blocking you from sending a package. Then they start charging you storage fees because your packages aren't shipped. From there, when you Want to ship a package, expect to wait even more. All in all, over a month of delays for 5 packages that were delivered well over a month ago. Never will use them again.

I found the total experience and MyUS Team very easy & pleasing to work with on my recent purchase from the USA bound for Australia. I had some questions which were answered promptly and with a great amount of detail. There was also a follow up email within 24 hours asking if the Team had done a satisfactory job responding and answering my questions. Well done MyUS.com
They round up (never down, of course) the weight of the parcel so you have to pay more to have it shipped, and they don't do this rounding in the shipping rate calculator.
Customer support literal words: "For you question, if in any case the weight of the package is 1.4lbs, the system will still automatically round it up."
This can mean not much less than a 50% increase in the shipping price for packages that are not very big, and you can only see this when you already have the package in the suite and you create a ship request to your country.
Meanwhile, the shipping rate calculator they offer will show you the shipping price without the rounding. Even when you already have the package in the suite, the shipping price is normal until you click in "create ship request" and that's when your package stops weighing 2.4 lb, weights now 3 lb, and you have to pay 20 dollars more.
They excuse themselves saying that the shipping rate calculator is an approximation, when what the only thing that is different between the calculator and the final price, is that they don't round up the weight in the calculator. The rounding is only done in the final step of the shipping so that way you don't back down.
And forget about paying taxes upfront. If you want that (you can select that option), the price you will have to pay is abnormally high (more than the customs taxes and duties of your country), and if you ask the customer support, they don't know where that price comes from or how it was calculated.
You only know the real price when what you bought is already in your suite and ready to be shipped to your country.
The service has the potential to be very good -in fact, the customer care was good- but the overall outcome was mediocre. Items bought in the USA and shipped to Italy. Other than the basic service cost, I paid for two extras: 2$ for the insurance, 5$ for extra padding (7$ in total). The item was damaged during transportation. I received a refund of 6.90$. Outrageous!

A shipment of mine arrived at MyUS damaged, and MyUS was able to repackage and ship the product to me in Canada. Great Service!
MyUS lost then found a package for me. There was an issue with the shipping MyUS then wanted to charge me. Breanah sorted this for me. Her first response was "Please allow me a few moments to see what has occurred and What I can do to make this right." She then sorted it for me in minutes. Amazing service - thanks very much MyUS!

Today is had the best experience of customer service ever with Ms.Vannessa. Her patience, dedication, and understanding that she had with me, kept me in a calm and comfortable place. I with battling with a payment issue for a week and change, and started to get worried, but when I spoke with her, all my doubts went out the window. You'll really need to have an appreciation award on a platinum plaque with AGENT of the Year.

The worst service ever. You are cheaters and very rude customer service... they have stolen money and my shipment. Do not use them
They received my shipments and keept on hold for a week now without shipping although I have paid the shipping fees already. There customer service are useless
